WICHITALKINBOUT.com started out as a co-ed fitness gym in September 2007. October 03, 2007 we took the opportunity and expanded the gym to include co-ed boxing. Since then, It grew rapidly and expanded into a new location in February 2008. The new location at 1700 S. Broadway, Wichita, Ks. is working out well. The gym continues to be a no frills co-ed fitness gym and co-ed boxing club.

We also offer many personalized programs to our members. The programs offered are BOXING, BODY BUILDING, STRENGTH TRAINING, FITNESS, DIET AND NUTRITION. Private sessions in any of our programs is available. Each of our trainers have various levels of expertise to pass along to our members.
